Ethics and Publication

RedCiencia360 Journal will ensure that the content to be published complies with internationally recognized ethical criteria. The editors will promote ethical safeguards in both published and unpublished works.

About Authorship

The editorial committee recognizes that all authors who have written the article have made proportional and significant contributions to both the research and the manuscript. Therefore, it is considered that all authors also share responsibility when the article has not followed good ethical practices in scientific publication.

Changes in author information

Changes in author information such as affiliation, ORCID identifier, corresponding author, first and last names, and the removal or inclusion of authors may be recorded until the second round of review is completed.

Plagiarism Detection

Plagiarism consists of using another person's work, ideas, or words as if they were one's own, without clearly accrediting the source of said information. Plagiarism is considered a serious breach of professional ethics.

Overlapping or Multiple Publications

Overlapping or multiple publications should be avoided. This involves publishing an article in two different journals, as well as submitting the same document to two or more journals simultaneously to initiate the review process. Similarly, publications published in different languages are considered duplicate publications, as the scientific contributions are the same.

Retractions

The Revista Politécnica will consider publishing a retraction if errors are committed that invalidate the conclusions of an article or if there is evidence of misconduct in the development of the research or publication process.
